Biography of Cillian Murphy

Cillian Murphy, born on May 25, 1976, in Douglas, Cork is an Irish actor and cinema artist. His nickname is Cill. His recent age is 47.  He is the oldest child of Brendan Murphy, who works for the Irish Department of Education. And the mother is a French teacher. He has three younger siblings. Murphy was educated at Presentation Brothers College, Cork. He was educated at Presentation Brothers college, Cork. He studied Law, but he dropped studies after about a year. During this time he developed an interest in music, playing guitar in various bands.

He left University. He started his career as a theatre performer and transitioned into movies and television. His starts as a rock singer, he turned down a record contract to concentrate on his acting.
